Relationships & Beauty of Yoga
Words and actions in our relationships are extremely powerful and could affect us deeply. Our brain is designed to capture and process these clues and subsequently appraise them, based on our beliefs, values and experiences. We are hard wired to automatically see the negativeness in everything, in order to protect ourselves from harmful events but unfortunately, in most instances, especially in our relationships, it could create unreal assumptions and lead us to anger, anxiety, sadness, guilt, shame, disappointment and heartbreak.
Yoga and meditation techniques
Yoga and meditation are techniques to allow us to see our thoughts freely without judgment. These thoughts are constantly flowing in and out of our mind and we have the opportunity to see, that the majority of these thoughts are just creation of our mind and not reality and in most part, baseless, valueless, and harmless. Mindfulness meditation and yoga are techniques that allow us to see the world more clearly. They broaden our perspective and let us see the positivities.”
